Formations au management pour les managers de proximité dans les lycées (ADL)

The contract has a firm duration of 24 months from its notification. It is tacitly renewable twice for a period of 12 months each, leading to a maximum possible duration of 48 months.

The provisional start date for the services (supplies and services) is January 1, 2027. The provisional notification date for the contract is December 1, 2026. The actual start of training is planned for the second quarter of 2027, depending on the publication deadlines for attribution mentions and the expiry of appeal periods.

The core scope of work for this tender is the "FORMATION AU MANAGEMENT OPERATIONNEL ET ORGANISATIONNEL POUR LES MANAGERS DE LA REGION ILE-DE-FRANCE" (Operational and Organizational Management Training for Managers of the Ile-de-France Region). This is a services contract.

The overall objective is to implement specific training modules for managerial development aimed at managers. This initiative supports internal managerial transformation and addresses specific objectives by focusing on the role, posture, practices, and identity of managers, as defined by the managerial charter and competency framework. The training modules are designed to tackle key issues encountered by managers within a large, evolving public authority.

The tender is divided into lots, with explicit details provided for Lot 1 and Lot 2:

Lot 2: "Dispositif d’accompagnement à la prise de poste de responsabilité à la Région Ile de France" (Support system for taking up a position of responsibility at the Ile-de-France Region).

Core deliverables include:

• Module 1 – Collective Training: "Fondamentaux du management et Ateliers pratiques et mises en situation" (Fundamentals of management and practical workshops and simulations), with a duration of 2 days / 14 hours.
• Module 2 – Individual Coaching: This includes several components:
• Complete Individual Coaching Pathway: A 7-hour package per trainee, encompassing pedagogical engineering, preparation, 7 hours of animation, debriefing, and a final report.
• Complementary Individual Coaching Module: An additional 3 hours of animation, adjustment of engineering, and updating of the final report.
• Individual Coaching Session by the hour: A unit price for an effective hour of animation, including animation, engineering adjustment, and updating of the final report.
