TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement has as its purpose the organization, content and delivery of the training actions intended for childminders approved by the Val-de-Marne Department, under the mandatory level 1 training, with a duration of 80 hours, prior to the reception of a child. These services form part of the missions of the Departmental Directorate for Maternal and Child Protection (Protection maternelle et infantile (PMI)), in particular under Article L. 2112-2 of the French Public Health Code. In accordance with the provisions of Articles D. 421-50 and D. 421-51 of the French Code on Social Action and Families, the Department may call upon organizations that provide training.
