TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this framework agreement is to organise, prepare and deliver training activities intended for approved childminders by the Val-de-Marne Department, under compulsory Level 1 training, with a duration of 80 hours, prior to the reception of a child. These services fall within the remit of the Departmental Directorate for Maternal and Child Protection (Protection maternelle et infantile (PMI)), in particular under Article L. 2112-2 of the Public Health Code. In accordance with the provisions of Articles D. 421-50 and D. 421-51 of the Code of Social Action and Families, the Department may call upon organisations providing training.
