The invitation to tender aims to commission a postal service provider with • the collection of the service of documents, • the franking of the service of documents, • the nationwide execution of the formal services pursuant to §§ 166 et seq. of the ZPO of the Central Debt Collection Court (Zentrales Mahngericht) at the Local Court (Amtsgericht) Coburg, • the provision of corresponding transport containers and forms of the service certificates, • the bundled forwarding of the completed service certificates (successful services) to the company to be designated by the contracting authority (contractor lot 2) for electronic recording, or to the contracting authority (“non-service certificates”) for commissioning.
