TENDER DESCRIPTION

The invitation to tender aims to commission a postal service provider with • the collection of the service of process orders, • the franking of the service of process orders, • the nationwide execution of the formal services pursuant to §§ 166 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) of the Central Court for Collection of Fines at the Local Court (Amtsgericht) Coburg, • the provision of the corresponding transport containers and forms of the service certificates, • the bundled forwarding of the completed service certificates (successful services) to the company yet to be named by the contracting authority (contractor, lot 2) for electronic recording, and to the contracting authority (“non-service certificates”) for execution.
