The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The contract comes into effect on the date of its signing. However, the execution terms begin from the date of the "Verbale di avvio dell’esecuzione delle prestazioni" (Report of commencement of performance), designated as T0.
• Total Duration: The overall supply must be installed, prepared, and made operational within 365 natural and consecutive days from T0. Following the completion of the supply and its operationalization, there is a 180-day period for conformity verification. After the provisional certificate of conformity is issued, a 24-month warranty period commences. Upon the expiration of the warranty, an 8-year period for Assistance, IaaS, and full-service maintenance begins.
• Contract End Date: The contract automatically ceases at the end of the 8-year period for Assistance, IaaS, and full-service maintenance.

• Fase A) - Avvio e definizione di dettaglio per l’esecuzione della fornitura (post-aggiudicazione): This phase concludes within 60 natural and consecutive days from T0.
• T1: Marks the end of Fase A.
• Verification of Phase A: Occurs 30 days after T1.
• T2: "Verbale di Verifica di Fase A con esito positivo" (Report of successful Verification of Phase A), approximately 90 days from T0.
• Fase B) - Esecuzione del Progetto Pilota (installazioni prototipali e test): This phase starts after T2 and must conclude within 90 natural and consecutive days from the date of T2.
• T3: Marks the end of Fase B.
• Verification of Phase B: Occurs 30 days after T3. This verification should conclude within 30 days from the end of the pilot project.
• T4: "Verbale di Verifica di Fase B con esito positivo" (Report of successful Verification of Phase B), approximately 120 days from T2.
• Fase C) - Completamento della Fornitura e Messa in esercizio del sistema: This phase starts after T4 and must conclude within 155 natural and consecutive days from the date of T4, bringing the system to an operational state approximately 365 days from T0.
• T5: "Verbale di ultimazione delle prestazioni" (Report of completion of services), which occurs at the completion of Fase C.
• T6: "Certificato di conformità provvisorio" (Provisional certificate of conformity), issued 180 days after T5.
• Warranty and Accessory Services: A 24-month period that begins from the date of the provisional certificate of conformity (T6).
• Assistance, IaaS, and Full-Service Maintenance: An 8-year period that commences after the 24-month warranty period expires.

The core scope of work for this tender is the "turnkey" supply of a Company Control Center (CCA). This CCA must be complete with integrated systems for fleet monitoring and control (AVM/AVL), Demand Responsive Transport (DRT), electronic ticketing (SBE), passenger counting, and multimedia user information.

The statement of work involves several key phases and deliverables:

• Phase A: Start-up and Detailed Definition: This phase includes a Kick-off Meeting to align teams, roles, and operational procedures, presentation of the offered system's functionalities and architecture, planning of operational governance, and defining the project team. Deliverables include the sharing of meeting minutes, updated documents, definition of project document structures, detailed site surveys, and the delivery, analysis, and revision of various documents such as a technical document, installation plan, and training plan.
• Phase B: Pilot Project Execution: This involves prototypical installations and testing. Deliverables include the delivery and installation of hardware and software for the CCA/AVM/AVL/DRT/SBE (CCA Hosting), depot concentrators, validators, on-board central units, passenger counters, and on-board multimedia information displays, all with their respective licenses.
