TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total value of the contract is equal to euro, not subject to discount, 1,084,775.29 (one million eighty-four thousand seven hundred seventy-five/29), excluding VAT, broken down as follows: euro 660,305.29 for the supply of stationery; euro 424,470.00 for the supply of paper, calculated considering as unit prices, the maximum prices set forth in ANAC resolution no. 74 of 25 February 2025, concerning the Update of reference prices for paper in reams – February 2025; safety costs for interference risks amount to euro 0.00. The aforementioned total amount represents a maximum non-binding spending ceiling for Rai and is not subject to discount, up to which the services object of the contract may be commissioned through the stipulation of implementation contracts the amount of which will be determined by applying to the quantities actually requested: o the unit prices offered in the tender for products included in the basket; o the prices determined by applying the contractual discounts emerging from the economic offer to products not included in the basket and present in the contracted electronic catalogue, calculated according to the formulas in the tender documentation.
