TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the supply without installation of no less than 4 billion bingo cards, including periodic delivery to the warehouses of the local ADM offices. Specifically, as provided in paragraph 14, the quantity of bingo cards subject to the supply is equal to the ratio between €12,000,000.00 and the unit price offered by the bidder. The contract is awarded based on the lowest price criterion.
