TENDER DESCRIPTION
At the Forum der Zukunft on Museum Island, an office wing is to be restored on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor (separately on request). The works to be carried out for the trade of building contractor works are: - Removal of exposed louvered/slatted ceilings, including disposal - Demolition of existing interior furnishing - Expose the flooring covering (remove carpet flooring) - Remove adhesive residues from carpet flooring removal - Screed openings and closure after structural refurbishment - Over-spanning/covering of the new floor with steel plates
