TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement primarily covers internal and external operations of the property portfolio of Hammaröbostäder. Hammaröbostäder is procuring a property management partner who, in close collaboration, is expected to carry out the company’s property management. The objective is for pooled expertise, creativity and commitment to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services. The assignment includes, among other things, maintenance of outdoor environments, buildings and technical installations (HVAC, electrical systems, fire alarms, cooling, control and monitoring systems, as well as energy follow-up), cleaning services, technical property emergency assistance, apartment inspections and fault-report handling as needed. The scope may be developed and adapted during the term of the agreement within the framework of the parties’ cooperation and established budgets.
