TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is the relaunch of Lot 2 “Professional English Competence Test (TOEIC)” arising from a first open invitation to tender procedure and declared without further action for reasons of general interest on 16 July 2026. Only Lot 2 was relaunch, Lot 1 was awarded during the initial invitation to tender. The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the conditions under which the contractor implements and delivers a professional English certification of the TOEIC type for the students of the University of Strasbourg.
