TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the award of a framework agreement for the supply of fuel, electric charging at charging stations, and associated services by credit cards. This framework agreement is concluded for a purchasing group whose coordinator is Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération, which is responsible for concluding this framework agreement. The members composing the group are the following legal entities: Arpajon, Avrainville, Brétigny-sur-Orge, Breuillet, Bruyères-le-Châtel, Cheptainville, Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération (group coordinator), Régie publique de l'eau de CDEA, Egly, Guibeville, Marolles-en-Hurepoix, La Norville, Le Plessis-Pâté, Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, Villiers-sur-Orge. The framework agreement, composed of a single lot, is executed by issuing purchase orders as needs arise. The services are defined in the Special Technical Conditions Document (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the commitment document to the quantities actually executed.
