TENDER DESCRIPTION

The thresholds are expressed in quantity in the consultation documents. Minimum quantity per period: none Maximum quantity per period: 180m3 The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and per period. The contract covers the supply and delivery of bulk fuel in order to supply 3 tanks on 1 site so as to ensure, for the local authority’s agents, fuel replenishment at their distribution station. The services include in particular: - the supply of fuels; - transport to the delivery site; - delivery and unloading into the Commune’s tanks; - measurement of the quantities delivered; - submission of delivery notes; - monitoring of orders and deliveries; - making available a digital tool or equivalent enabling tracking of deliveries and prices; - supplying the technical datasheets for the products; - compliance with the applicable safety and environmental requirements. The products concerned are: - SP95; - SP98; - Gas oil; - GNR; - Domestic fuel oil.
