TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a multi-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with an annual maximum amount of EUR 2,000,000 excluding tax. This framework agreement is awarded to several economic operators. It will be awarded to the three candidates with the most economically advantageous offers in view of all selection criteria, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and admissible offers. Orders will be placed with the holder whose distribution point is closest at the time when the vehicle needs to be refuelled. The amount is common to the awardees. It begins as of the date of its notification. It has an initial duration of 1 year, renewable 3 times for the same duration and the same maximum amount.
