TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a multi-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with an annual maximum amount of EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT. This framework agreement is awarded to several economic operators. It will be awarded to the three candidates submitting the most economically advantageous tenders, taking into account all the selection criteria, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and admissible tenders. Orders will be awarded to the holder whose distribution point is closest at the time the vehicle needs to be supplied. The amount is shared among the awardees. It begins as from the date of notification. It has an initial term of 1 year, renewable 3 times for the same duration and the same maximum amount.
