TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is intended to cover the following services: the supply and delivery of bulk fuels at the site of the Departmental Road Fleet in Bordeaux and, at the various Operating Centres distributed throughout the Gironde department. The single-award framework agreement issued by purchase order contains no minimum amount and its maximum amount is set for each period of performance at 2,000,000 euro(s) net of tax (HT). The performance of this framework agreement includes a social integration clause in application of Articles L2112-2 & L2112-3 of the Public Procurement Code.
