TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the supply of hydrated slaked lime for the treatment of fumes and water treatment at the South Lyon Energy Treatment and Recovery Unit (UTVE) and for the treatment of sludge from the wastewater treatment plants (STEP) of the Lyon Metropolis. The special technical specifications (CCTP) of the contract define the supply conditions for lime for: - The South Lyon Energy Treatment and Recovery Unit (UTVE), managed by the Waste Department. Hydrated slaked lime is used to prepare lime milk necessary for the treatment of wet fumes and the treatment of the resulting effluents. In the treatment of fumes, lime milk neutralizes acids contained in the fumes.
