TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the supply of passive neutral point compensators intended to be installed on three-phase 3N400V low voltage public networks. These devices serve to limit the displacement of the neutral point resulting from load or production imbalances between phases. They help improve the phase-neutral voltage balancing, reduce voltage differences between users connected to different phases, and maintain the network's supply quality. The compensators will be connected in parallel to the existing network and must operate in a fully passive, continuous, and autonomous manner, without power electronics, control systems, or auxiliary power supply. The proposed solutions may be based on a zigzag type magnetic coupling or any equivalent passive technology that achieves identical performance in terms of neutral point stabilization and voltage balancing improvement.
