TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The provisions of these Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) concern: Supply of water meters The provisions of this framework agreement apply to all services relating to the following project: Supply of volumetric potable water meters and radio modules for the Clermontais local authority (Communauté de communes du Clermontais). The purpose of this contract is the supply, transport, unloading and on-site storage of the delivery of potable water meters and accessories, in accordance with the terms specified in the Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.), necessary for metering the water consumed by subscribers of the Intercommunal Water Authority (Pôle Intercommunal de l'Eau), whether at their point of consumption (individual meters) or in the valve chambers of hydraulic works (pumping stations, reservoirs, networks). The successful bidder for this contract will implement all the human and material resources necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
