TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation is launched by a group of contracting authorities. The framework agreement will be carried out by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This framework agreement is intended to provide specific consumables for live performances, exhibition spaces and audiovisual equipment. These supplies are required for the operation of the Cultural Directorates of the Toulouse City Council (Mairie de Toulouse) and Toulouse Métropole. More specifically, these are consumables linked to the fields of lighting, stage machinery, accessories, multimedia and stage networks. By way of indication, the main end-user services, within the Toulouse City Council, are the Department of Development and Cultural Cooperation, the Libraries and Publishing Department, the Regional Conservatory of Music and Performing Arts (Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional) and the Department of Museums and Monuments.
