TENDER DESCRIPTION

Consultation launched by a grouping of contracting authorities. The framework agreement will be carried out by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the entire set of renewal periods. The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of specific consumables for live performances, exhibition areas and audio-visual. These supplies are needed for the operation of the Cultural Directorates of the City of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole. More specifically, these are consumables linked to the fields of lighting, stage machinery, accessories, multimedia and stage networks. By way of indication, the main user departments, within the City of Toulouse, are the Directorate for Development and Cultural Cooperation, the Directorate for Libraries and Books, the Conservatory with Regional Influence (Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional) and the Directorate for Museums and Monuments. Within Toulouse Métropole, the Directorate for Scientific, Technical and Industrial Culture (DCSTI) is the principal user of this framework agreement.
