TENDER DESCRIPTION

The demographic dynamism of the territory of Thonon Agglomération results in the densification of urban areas. This densification leaves less and less space for waste management. The multiplication of voluntary collection points (PAV) accordingly multiplies nuisance for users and increases the constraints related to parking in the areas where they are installed. In this context, compacting containers appear to meet the needs of the public authority: reduced land footprint, reduced collection time, and an estimated number of households per bin multiplied by 4 or 5.
