TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is catering service supervision support services and the provision of meal and order production management software, as well as the supply of foodstuffs and kitchen supplies (cleaning products, single-use products and small kitchen equipment) for the year 2027 with 3 tacit renewals. This contract is part of a sustainable catering approach linked to the Green Deal Cantine Durable. The requirements and criteria of this contract are intended to promote healthy, high-quality food that is respectful of the environment and sourced from short supply chains.
