TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Operational Maintenance (MCO) activities for aircraft engines carried out by the Bordeaux Aeronautics Industrial Workshop for the benefit of the armed forces involve grinding repaired parts as well as manufacturing spare parts on precision CNC cylindrical grinders, machines used by the Machining Group of the establishment. The CNC cylindrical grinders currently in place are obsolete. This finding implies their replacement with recent equipment capable of meeting the specified requirements. These installations are intended to carry out high-precision machining on aeronautical parts and tooling, of medium and small sizes, with complex and varied shapes (machining of single parts, reworking of single parts, producing multiple profiles on repaired parts, machining of shapes and threads, and machining of small batches of parts). They will be used by qualified personnel, 8 hours per day for an average of 200 days per year.
