TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement aims at the supply of industrial gases and the rental of gas containers for the benefit of the CFA sites of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region (CMAR PACA). The expected services are described in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) and the financial document. This framework agreement is awarded according to the formalized procedure. It is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services result in a single-award framework agreement which is executed partly by purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum in value, and partly by lump sum services (article R. 2112-6 of the Public Procurement Code). • Part of the service is subject to a lump sum price for the rental of gas containers. • Part of the services is subject to purchase orders for the supply of gas. As regards unit price services, these are executed as purchase orders are issued, in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
