TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the deployment of an integrated HRIS for the in'li group, covering all functional and business chains, including the supply of licenses, maintenance, configuration, data migration, change management support, and support during the operational period. The framework agreement is composite, treated at mixed prices (global and lump sum for licenses and maintenance, and by purchase orders for minor changes). The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement is specified in Article 4.2 of the specifications. The framework agreement is relaunched following a decision of non-award for redefinition of the buyer's need, notably due to substantial modifications of the essential characteristics of the framework agreement dated August 7, 2026, concerning: - The evolution of its overall duration as well as its division between firm period and renewal periods; - The clarification of the form of the framework agreement with regard to the mixed nature of the prices; - The setting of a maximum value of the framework agreement corresponding to the portion by purchase orders The contract concerns the deployment of an integrated HRIS for the in'li group,…
