TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum framework agreement is concluded pursuant to articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The services will be remunerated by applying to the quantities actually executed the unit prices of the books, applying the discount rate granted by the contractor, set out in the agreement, all in accordance with the provisions of the Lang law no. 81-766 of 10 August 1981 relating to the price of the book.
