TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum quantity is concluded in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The services will be paid by applying the unit prices of the books to the quantities actually executed, applying the discount rate granted by the contractor, as stated in the act of commitment, in accordance with the provisions of the Lang Law No. 81-766 of August 10, 1981 concerning the price of books.
