TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the supply of system, client/server and office software, as complete products or licenses, pre-sales consulting as well as support services for the needs of the S.D.I.S of Pas-de-Calais. In accordance with Article L.2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation will result in a framework agreement, unpartitioned, without minimum amount and with maximum amount. The order amount for the initial contract and each renewal is limited to €500,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated order amount is €250,000.00 over 12 months. This is a supply framework agreement, single award, without re-tendering, which will be executed as needed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions defined in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
