The contract timeline is as follows:

• Initial duration: The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year.
• Start Date: The starting point for the initial duration runs from the date indicated in a unilateral decision by Resah, which may be in the form of a service order. If no decision is sent within 6 calendar months after the framework agreement's notification date, the start date will be the day after the expiration of this 6-month period.
• Total Duration: The agreement is renewable three (3) times for periods of twelve (12) months by tacit renewal. The total duration of the contract, including all renewals, cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.
