TENDER DESCRIPTION

This Contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders awarded to 1 economic operator comprising a minimum amount for the duration of the contract and a maximum amount for the duration of the contract. For the minimum: 20 000 000 EUR. For the maximum: 105 000 000 EUR. The Services included within the scope of the Contract are described below: - Distribution of Office and Mobility equipment under RATP tariff agreements: laptop computer, smartphone and tablet; - Purchases and distribution of Office and Mobility equipment outside the RATP tariff agreement: desktop computer, CAD/CAM/CAE design/engineering hardware/software, ultra-portable, rugged hardened industrial portable, printer, scanner, fax, smartphone, tablet and various office equipment; - Purchases and distribution of Office and Mobility accessories: (example: mice, carry cases, cables, protective cases, etc.). - Optional associated services only for RATP subsidiaries: - Storage; - Preparation; - Delivery; - Installation; - Repair / After-sales service (SAV); - Collection; - Recycling.
