TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to procure the supply and delivery of paper, printing media and stationery products for the needs of the Department’s services. It includes, in particular, the supply of paper intended for printing and reprography, in various formats, basis weights, colours and packaging types, as well as associated printing media and stationery products, in accordance with the technical specifications defined in this special conditions document and the references shown in the unit price schedule (BPU). The supplies are intended for use on the Department’s various sites and equipment, in particular on the printers, copiers and reprography equipment used by its services, but also by the Departmental print shop. The services also include packaging, transport and delivery of the supplies to the Department’s various sites, under the conditions set out in the special conditions document. The supplies must be new, comply with the technical and environmental characteristics defined in the contractual documents and be suitable for the intended use.
