TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a single contractor for a framework agreement for the supply of cast iron parts and accessories essential for AEP/EU/EP networks, encompassing items such as flange adapters, keyholes, check valves, support collars, repair sleeves, chambers, plugs, and pipes of various diameters. The framework agreement will operate through purchase orders with no minimum value, subject to an annual maximum of €180,000 (excluding tax). The initial contract duration is 12 months, with the possibility of three renewals, each requiring express agreement 90 days prior to the end of each 12-month period, extending the total maximum duration to 48 months. Bidders must provide declarations concerning their global turnover and turnover relevant to the contract services over the last three available financial years. Contract prices will remain firm for the first six months from commencement, thereafter subject to semi-annual revision until expiration.
