The contract starts on January 1, 2027, for an initial period of one year. It can be tacitly renewed for successive one-year periods, but the total duration of the contract cannot exceed three years. Either party can terminate the contract by giving notice at least two months or three months, depending on the document, before each annual deadline via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
