TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract, consisting of a single lot, takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the special technical specifications document (CCTP). The services will be paid by applying unit prices set out in the price schedule to the quantities actually executed. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given for information purposes), renewable three times for successive one-year periods. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum annual order amount fixed at 150,000 euro excluding VAT. Indicatively, the estimated amount of the services is 75,000 euro excluding VAT per year.
