TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract, consisting of a single lot, takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the special technical specifications document (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule to the quantities actually executed. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of contract notification (the date indicated in this notice is given for information only), renewable three times by successive annual periods. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum annual order amount fixed at 150,000 euros excluding VAT.
