TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of a collaboration between the ESE and the LMD, the ESE is equipping itself with four in situ remote sensing instruments for the active and passive measurement of chlorophyll fluorescence and vegetation cover reflectance, called SILI-Fluo (Sun Induced and LED Induced Fluorescence), which will be operated by the two laboratories within the framework of their scientific collaboration projects. This is a tranche-based contract concluded at a lump sum price for all services to be performed as specified in the contract documents and divided as follows: • Firm tranche (TF): Supply of one in situ remote sensing instrument for chlorophyll fluorescence of vegetation cover with its associated IT tools • Optional tranche (T0): Supply of 3 in situ remote sensing instruments for chlorophyll fluorescence of vegetation cover with the implementation of automated processing of all data.
