TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of paper and dematerialised meal vouchers for the staff of the City of Anglet and the CCAS (Anglet Social Services Centre). The staff who may receive meal vouchers are: - trainee and permanent territorial civil servants in an active duty or secondment position, - civil servants belonging to another public service recruited through secondment, - contract staff, regardless of their reason for recruitment (permanent post, replacement, reinforcement, seasonal work, project contract…), with at least 4 months’ seniority at the time of the order; - staff benefiting from a private-law contract with at least 4 months’ seniority at the time of the order; - staff hired as a cabinet staff member and having at least 4 months’ seniority at the time of the order. The number of staff entitled in July 2026 is 551 for the City and 116 for the CCAS. A full-time employee works on average 205 days per year. The current value of the meal voucher is EUR 7 (EUR 4 paid by the employer and EUR 3 paid by the employee).
