TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of paper and dematerialised meal vouchers intended for the Anglet City and CCAS staff. The employees who may benefit from meal vouchers are: - trainee and tenured regional civil servants in an active service or secondment position, - civil servants belonging to another civil service recruited by way of secondment, - contract agents, whatever their reason for recruitment (permanent position, replacement, reinforcement, seasonal work, project contract…), who have at least 4 months’ seniority at the time of the order; - agents who benefit from a private-law contract and have at least 4 months’ seniority at the time of the order; - agents recruited as cabinet staff and who have at least 4 months’ seniority at the time of the order. The number of beneficiary employees in July 2026 amounts to 551 for the City and 116 for the CCAS. A full-time employee works on average 205 days per year. The current amount of the meal voucher is €7 (€4 payable by the employer and €3 payable by the employee).
