The framework agreement has a firm duration of four (4) years, commencing from its notification. The execution period for each purchase order will be specified within the order itself, with a maximum duration of 12 months. Furthermore, no purchase order can extend beyond 6 months after the framework agreement's validity has ended.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply of workwear and personal protective equipment (EPI), divided into two distinct lots.

Lot 1: Workwear (Vêtements de travail)

The deliverables for Lot 1 include:

• Windproof and waterproof jackets.
• 3-in-1 jackets.
• Removable embroidered patches featuring the Conservatoire logo.
• Thick trousers for both men and women.
• Light canvas trousers for both men and women.
• Canvas shorts for both men and women.
• Short-sleeved technical t-shirts.
• Rain capes (ponchos).
• Supplements for extreme clothing sizes (smaller than XS or larger than 3XL).
• A guaranteed discount rate on the catalog price for any items not explicitly listed in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).

Lot 2: Personal Protective Equipment (EPI)

The deliverables for Lot 2 include:

• Waterproof safety shoes with studs (S5).
• Waders (O5).
• Thick gloves, including a latex-free alternative.
• Waterproof gloves, including a latex-free alternative.
• Anti-tick socks.
• Caps with integrated mosquito nets.
• Supplements for extreme shoe sizes (smaller than 35 or larger than 48).
• A guaranteed discount rate on the catalog price for any items not explicitly listed in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).
