TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement for the supply of bespoke manufactured screws of class 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 with a diameter of 3 to 16 mm for around fifty references and for an estimated quantity of 100,000 screws over the lifetime of the framework agreement. This framework agreement covers: - The manufacture of screws, - The implementation of surface treatment of the screws, - The inspection and quality assurance services for the screws (supply of conformity test reports, material certificates and test reports), - Packaging of the screws in labelled vacuum bags, - The receipt and delivery of the screws. The warranty of conformity of the delivered screws is a very important component of the service. Indeed, the use for which these screws are intended requires a very high level of quality. The following requirements, paramount and non-negotiable for the CEA, are listed for the upcoming service. - The characteristics of the selected material must comply with the standard NF EN ISO 898-1, - The geometry of the screws must comply with the standards NF EN ISO 14579, NF EN ISO 4017, NF EN ISO 4762 and NF EN ISO 10642. - The requested diameters are M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14 and M16. - The…
