TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement is intended to provide emulsion asphalt for the maintenance of departmental roads. Its purpose is to enable departmental agencies to obtain emulsion asphalt (cold mix asphalt) in order to carry out all types of routine road surface repair work (potholes, for example) or development/upgrade work.
