TENDER DESCRIPTION

A single-award framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 7,000,000 excluding VAT over its entire duration. The contract includes the supply, integration and Application Maintenance by a Third Party (TMA) of a software solution for remote identity verification (PVID/PFE) for the pass Culture application, in accordance with the requirements of ANSSI and the GDPR. Initial duration of 12 months from notification, tacitly renewable three times for a period of 12 months each (maximum duration: 48 months).
