TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single-award framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 7,000,000 euro(s) excl. VAT over its entire duration. The contract includes the supply, integration and application maintenance (TMA) of a software solution for remote identity verification (PVID/PFE) for the pass Culture application, in compliance with ANSSI and GDPR requirements. Initial term of 12 months from the date of notification, tacitly renewable three times for a period of 12 months each (maximum duration: 48 months).
