The purpose of this consultation is the supply, deployment, hosting and maintenance of a SaaS public contract management solution for the City of Marseille. The solution must make it possible to manage the entire life cycle of public contracts, from the preparation of procedures to monitoring their execution, while ensuring interoperability with the existing tools of the authority, traceability of actions and streamlining of management processes.
