TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aeronautical industrial service (SIAé) is involved in the maintenance cycle for military aircraft for the benefit of the French State, essentially at the level of industrial support (NSI) for the airframe, the engines and the associated equipment. The workload plans for its facilities are drawn up on the basis of the requests of the Air and Space Force, the French Navy and the Army, which express each year their needs for the repair of the aircraft for which the SIAé has been designated as the repairer. This requirement concerns the supply of aeronautical ingredients whose main categories are: - PR and sealants - adhesives, bonding agents and tapes, - thinners, oils, greases and lubricants - paints, varnishes and hardeners, - chemical products intended for stripping and surface treatment needs, mostly for aeronautical use. This consultation will result in a multi-award framework agreement for subsequent contracts with a duration of 5 years. The subsequent contracts may be split into call-off purchase orders or single, non-split contracts. It is planned to select 3 awardees for this framework agreement for subsequent contracts.
