TENDER DESCRIPTION

The general sanitation scheme of SILA sets the objective of developing, as part of the asset management of networks, the diagnosis of existing wastewater networks. Furthermore, it is also necessary to carry out CCTV inspections (ITV) when operational problems occur, when processing urban planning authorization requests, during connection checks, and when carrying out rehabilitation projects... The execution of ITV with a suitable vehicle fully fits within this framework. The currently used equipment (van + equipment) is aging (put into service in 2008). It is subject to multiple breakdowns impacting the set objectives for carrying out ITV and causing significant maintenance costs. To maintain a high level of equipment availability, SILA has therefore decided to replace this video vehicle. The vehicle will enable carrying out ITV with all the equipment (2 cameras (small and large diameters), water tank, control post with office and computer equipment, supply of specific software, cable reel, hoist...)
