TENDER DESCRIPTION
Within the LETI institute of CEA Grenoble, the Optics and Photonics Department (DOPT) is responsible for research, studies, development, and realization of prototype components in application fields such as infrared and visible image sensors, optical and lighting technologies, visualization technologies as well as silicon photonics. In these developments, microscopy is an essential technique for the rapid characterization of technological steps of the devices. The 3D microscope, which is the subject of this specification document, must allow the investigation of multiple different applications and devices. The list of types of studies is summarized in the choice of test samples as well as in the essential specifications.
