TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a refurbished wide-field microscope for IPBS-CNRS, in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the Special Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP)) No. 26032. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders placed under Articles L2125-1 and R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2121-8 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement allows orders to be placed by means of purchase orders for the following services: - One (1) wide-field microscope, - One or more warranty extension(s). - One or more maintenance contract(s). The framework agreement is single-award (concluded with a single economic operator). The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum quantity and a maximum quantity (Article R2162-4 (1°) of the Public Procurement Code). - The minimum quantity corresponds to the delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of one (1) wide-field microscope. - The maximum quantity corresponds to the delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of one (1) wide-field microscope + 36 months of…
