TENDER DESCRIPTION

CEA LITEN wishes to acquire a scanning electron microscope and its analytical detectors. The contract includes the following mandatory priced options: - Option No. 1: Supply of automatic image acquisition software; - Option No. 2: Supply of a second EDX detector; - Option No. 3: Capabilities to acquire mosaics and stitching to be included in the EDX software; - Option No. 4: Supply of a deceleration system at the stage level; - Option No. 5: Supply of a low voltage backscattered electron detector. The contract also includes the following optional priced options: - Option No. 6: One-year warranty extension; - Option No. 7: The price of transport, including insurance, according to DAP CEA Grenoble conditions (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention).
